About the practice

Art-practice “Journey into the Depths” is a gentle way to look inside yourself through drawing.

We don’t work with “perfect lines” — we work with feelings, images and stories that live inside and usually don’t get a chance to speak.

Here you can:

  • explore your inner states through the metaphor of a journey and heroes
  • see what images and symbols come from the depths
  • gently highlight what usually hides “behind the scenes” of consciousness
  • experiment with colours, lines and shapes — without judgments or evaluations
How the practice goes
Grounding
We gently land: breathing, bringing attention into the body, arriving in the “here and now”
Drawing the journey
You create your own path — it can be non-linear, winding, strange, fairytale-like, abstract
Contemplating the result
At the end we pause just to look at what was born. No rush, no criticism — only curiosity
A bit of feedback
I gently comment on which colours sound most vividly in your drawing and what inner states they might be connected with
This is not a “diagnosis”, but a careful look and a way to highlight meaningful inner themes through creativity

Who is this for?
  • For those who feel stuck or like “nothing feels right”
  • For creative souls who need gentle inspiration
  • For those who want to safely connect with their inner depths
  • For those who love stories, fairy tales and adventures

You don’t need to know how to draw. It’s enough to let your hand move across the paper and be honest with yourself.

What you’ll walk away with?
  • Your journey-drawing — as a small artefact and a point of support
  • A few insights about your inner states and hidden resources
  • A sense of connection with yourself — not “perfect”, but alive, sincere, creative
  • A quiet confidence: “I can create — and that already means a lot”
From the author
  • For me, this practice is about being deeply present in the moment and about a space of possibilities.

It’s a story about imagination that walks alongside us and, from some inner depth, from play and spontaneity, gives birth to new horizons, new opportunities, new perspectives. Most importantly, it helps you see yourself as a creator — confident, honest, sincere, exploring, sparkling. And then the next steps in life begin to grow out of these states — out of light, inner support and connection with yourself.

I sincerely wish that everything in your drawing and on your path comes together in the best possible way 🙏🏻
